Cathy is just wonderful calming person! She’s sole proprietor, so don’t expect a medical receptionist to answer your call, but a personal call back to discuss what you want. The fact that she’s usually booked out at least 1 month in advance was at first disappointing, but as soon as you’re in her hands, you know why she’s booked up! She’s really good with dealing with anxious nerves and her skills cannot be beat.

I’ve had my eyeliner tattoo done before in Los Gatos at a doctor’s office, by a RN, and I came in with previous baggage … afraid of the tattoo pen, as the nurse who did my eyeliner had an extremely heavy hand = painful pricks on my eyelids, serious regret.

I was so nervous … or more like a nervous wreck, but Cathy was excellent in talking through the situation, she has all sorts of methods to get you comfortable, heated bed, knee rests, soothing music, and she tells great stories. As soon as her pen touched my eye, I was extremely shocked at how feather light her touch was. I couldn’t believe how dramatically different my experience was. It was like a tickley buzz rather than piercing pricks. Not only was the experience not painful, on the second time, I actually fell asleep while she was making her touch-up passes on my lid. I am so so grateful to Cathy. I will not go to anyone else.”

“Cathy did the permanent makeup on my eyebrows in March, 2008. I am very satisfied with her EXCELLENT work on my eyebrows.
